My dog is a nervous pup which makes me a nervous ma when I bring her to the vet! Kenton Animal Hospital blew me away with their patience, understanding, accommodations, and kindness when I took Zoey in for the first time! They seem to truly understand and empathize with animal behavior even when they can be a bit difficult! From reception, to the techs, to the vets everyone was personable, kind, and caring. They were GREAT at setting visit, treatment, and cost expectations. Would highly recommend!
Scheduled a routine checkup and vaccines. Had to come back a couple weeks later for one additional vaccine as they don't like to give more than 2 in a day. I was in the office from check in to check out for a grand total of 8 minutes and was charged a $30 tech fee and $40 vaccine fee. Tech did nothing more than attempt to take my cats temperature, and then give him a vaccine. $30 for this extremely quick visit feels a whole lot like price gouging, but thanks Kenton Animal Hospital! best vet care ever. Everyone at Kenton is balanced in care and knowing. They have created a peaceful professional warm environment where even my almost 15 year old dog feels safe and cared for. The alternative care offered is an amazing alternative to hard core drugs, although the docs are open to both. thank you.
