If I could score this place in the negatives I would. My wife and I took our dog here on a recommendation of a friend. A year later our dog was dead! When we went for our first check up we had her records faxed over from her previous vet. At no time in that visit were we told the her Kidney levels were elevated. So a year later our girl is in major kidney failure despite taking her to the vet multiple times. The vets response was "oh we thought you knew." I have been coming here for 4 years. I love how caring everyone is towards all of my fur-baby’s. I always like how they give you options and don’t jump to the most expensive right away to fix a problem. I have had to get regular checks ups, xrays, and everything in between. I’m so thankful that they were able to squeeze me in today for my pup who hurt her foot. I highly recommend this place!
We moved into Wilmington area from Middletown De just over a year ago and we love that Kentmere Vet is so caring and loving towards our fur babies. Dr Snyder is a wonderful caring and knowledgeable Veterinarian Dr.... we had to make a HARD life choice regarding our sweet Fuzzy cat. if it weren't for Dr Snyder we'd of lost our minds as well as our heart... i can't thank them enough. we will ALWAYS use Kentmere Vet for our 4 legged loved ones!!
I wanted to post FIVE STARS but cant find the button to do so. I first met Dr. Coogan and his wonderful team at Kentmere Animal Hospital when Shadow stopped eating and was lethargic. Our current veterinarian at the time had retired. The kindness. thoroughness and compassionate care given to Shadow was just the beginning of a long wonderful relationship at Kentmere. Dr. Coogan truly cares and is the only doctor who has been able to exam my scaredy cat that was so sad when Shadow passed. We've shared many tears and laughs over... read more

l made an appointment for 12 when I called them to ask about the curbside they told me that appointment was for 9:30 when it was scheduled for 12 and they told me they didn't need my business.
We have been going to Dr Coogan at Kentmere Vet Hospital for years now and cannot express how happy we are with the compassion, advice and service he has given us! Now Dr Ireland is there and she was awesome with the same compassion as Dr Coogan. We have known Dr Annie Ireland’s family for many years now. I highly recommend Kentmere Vet Hospital!
Everyone who works there has showered our puppers Theo with love from day one. Dr. Ireland is wonderful at filtering this new-pup-parent questions and she has had a lovely disposition every time we have been in!! It has been a positive, supportive and informative experience every visit! Embarrassingly enough I do not remember the name of our vet tech. featured in the picture but he is super nice and sweet and a wealth of knowledge! “Thank you” to all who work at Kentmere!!
