I want to share my experience from living at #Kently Pointe Apartments for 3 years and what a nightmare I had to go through when I moved out. I am not a person who usually writes reviews online, but I think it will be beneficial to other people who work hard to afford overpriced rent in WA. RCW 59.18.280 clearly says that landlord/manager has 21 days after your move-out day to send you your deposit back or your itemized statement of charges.
