They could improve by being honest with their customers. We've been taking our dog to them for over a year to address issues she's been having with her skin and it's as if they're doing nothing but throwing things at the wall to see if it sticks. We've been up-sold and misled seemingly at every turn and yet our dog still has issues. First it was allergies, and they sold us overpriced medication that we found cheaper elsewhere. They are extremely caring and responsive. We are confident that our kitty gets the best care
My cat "Puppy" had a marvelous first visit with Dr. Reitz. Puppy sat in the sink for most of the time and only moved when the doctor gently lifted him out for an examination. Puppy seemed to like the doctor as he did not perform his "Puppy Death Grip" on her, a first for our mouse killer. Puppy received a new flea and tick collar and we merrily went along our way. All in all, a very good visit for Puppy.
Horrible experience. Will not return or recommend.
Wonderful Staff who take pride in the care of people animals. Very clean office and in a very good area best vet office ever!!!!
