I have lived at Kentlands Manor for 4 years. My review is mixed: The apartment complex is clean and quite and staff is friendly. However, the building seems to be developing serious infrastructural issues, specifically regarding water plumbing and alarm system. In the latter half of 2025, our water was shut-off on at least 10 separate days, mostly whole days. During the same period, we have had at least 8 incidences when the fire alarm has gone off (with no cause) with screeching sound for hours during day, evening or night.... read more
Hector Reyes is wonderful. He always greets us a good morning "Ola!" with a cheerful smile. He makes the extra effort to get things done no matter the time or day. He is always there to take care of things whenever he is needed. He is well loved and trusted by the residents here. I call Hector our Super Hero!
