This rental company doesn't even deserve one Star. I do not rent from them but know many seniors that do. The apartments on Bay St. need to be condemned. They are full of black mold, mushrooms, urine and feces. The landlord does absolutely nothing to fix any issues. There for the building is getting worse and worse . I have included some pictures and some have been removed.
WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER. Negative 10 stars.
Very helpful returns calls right away
We have been renting with royal property management for 5 years and when they merged with kente it was different but things are still super well!
