Called and asked them to come and service our AC. For two days we were on the list. Only to be called back the second day around 3:30/4pm to be told they are not coming. Oh yeah 8:45 that morning we were next in line. Called back at 2 they had an emergency. I guess working in 92-94 degrees was not an emergency. Was told they had all their guys at the emergency.
