My first move in and chelly Chapman was great she showed me around and made sure all my the utilities were working for my apartment. Really made me feel safe and comfortable with them if I ever had a problem she made me feel like I would be heard. Really great!!
Great place. Well kept. Good neighbors. Polite management. Good price for rent. They address issues immediately. I would rent there again!!!

Very nice and peaceful apartments. Kentbrook team is top notch, both maintenance and leasing. Chelly facilitated a quick and seamless application process.
I love this place, it’s really peaceful and quiet here. Chelly was really helpful with transferring us to a bigger unit.
