Chelly was great helping me through the process of picking the right apartment for me. Great communication and I’ve happily signed a lease at Kentbrook. Chelly and Ramon were always available to answer questions and give me a few tours of units until I was ready to make my decision.
I toured this apartment complex and I am not moving until July but Ramon truly convinced me to move here I was looking for a studio and they did not have any to show as all have been rented but he was a good sales man and convinced me the price for their 1 bed 1 bath is a great price for what the square footage is. I look at all the reviews and can say Ramon meets up to his customer service.

My cousin and I walked in today to view the apartments and were met by a woman with blonde hair who walks with a cane. From the moment we arrived, her demeanor toward us was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. She looked at us as if we didn’t belong and spoke to us in a very unfriendly tone.
