I toured this apartment complex and I am not moving until July but Ramon truly convinced me to move here I was looking for a studio and they did not have any to show as all have been rented but he was a good sales man and convinced me the price for their 1 bed 1 bath is a great price for what the square footage is. I look at all the reviews and can say Ramon meets up to his customer service.

My cousin and I walked in today to view the apartments and were met by a woman with blonde hair who walks with a cane. From the moment we arrived, her demeanor toward us was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. She looked at us as if we didn’t belong and spoke to us in a very unfriendly tone. I've had a great experience living at Kentbrook Apartments. The staff is truly wonderful especially Ramon, who is always friendly, personable, and welcoming. He consistently goes out of his way to make the residents feel supported and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the maintenance team for responding and helping me on New Years Eve Day.
