We have been loyal customers of Ken for many years, and my husband’s company has used him for a long time. Unfortunately, the service has been very disappointing. Every time we come in, even with an appointment, there is always a long wait, usually 1 to 2 hours. Ken asked my husband to drop off the paperwork and come back later to pick it up. I have been going to Ken for 15 years. Great service and great prices.
Ken been filed my husband company for over years. Every time he came in there’s always a long wait (1-2hrs) with appointment. He asked my husband to dropped of paperwork for him and come back to pick up. Never had a phone call over weeks. Finally we came in and paperwork was never been done! Very disappointed and poor value with loyalty customers. Sad!
Was refered by a coworker. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely be back.
