Service technician actually corrected an installation problem we didn’t discover until we started using the air conditioner this month. Glad we called when we did.

Good fix, poor communication, messy, and oddly combative customer service. Overall mid. They came to replace fan motor, almost an hour late when they asked me to be ready at the beginning of the day. They were unprepared and left to get other parts. They left a mess in the closet, trash in bathroom, and left the light on in crawl space.
