Extremely disappointing experience. They caused serious damage to our property and made false promises about repairing it, which were promises that were never kept. What’s worse, they never even told us about the damage themselves; we only discovered it through our security camera. Their lack of honesty and accountability makes them completely untrustworthy.
Called Kent tree to. get a quote for tree removal. They gave a quote and scheduled a day to come. Never showed up, never called. We called to reschedule and were given a new date. Contacted them in the morning to confirm and were told they would be there after noon. Again never showed or called. I recommend Branch Manager in Holden, job was done on time and at a better price.
Untrustworthy and dishonest. Would give 0 stars if possible. Beware!
I hired Kent Tree and Landscape to do a job they advertised. Unfortunately, what was described as an afternoon task took three trips and still has not been completed. It has been a month and a half since I have heard from them. Id suggest using a company with more experience.
Excellent service. Got a quote and job was completed in a very timely manner. Very reasonable pricing, professional, and responsive to my concerns. Professionalism to a tee, would hire again, thank you team!
