Poor customer service. This is a nicely kept newer facility. we originally chose this place because of the representatives at this facility were great! We were helped by a young African American man. I didn't catch his name, but he was helpful and quoted us pricing. Then a lady named Tiffany followed up and she was awesome. That's when we decided to go with this place. Made a reservation online to pick up a uhaul but when we got there, nobody was in the office. Online and on the door it said it was open. Tried calling but nobody picked up. We had to go to a different location to get a moving van. It was disappointing that we wasted time and energy.

Very nice storage facility and very friendly staff....the new girl in training did an awesome job renting me the unit that you guys keep up good work
