I would never recommend this insurance. They won't be there for you, they charge your policy for higher rates without telling you. If you're in an accident be sure you are ready to take your own accident photos and call the other insurance for them. They won't help you out at all.
Haven't had any problems at all. My husband changes up things a lot, so keeping him happy and our insurance up to date is no small task
