After going here for 6 months, im significantly worse off than when I started. Dr Ajmani repeatedly didnt know anything about common tests that could have helped me. She gave me bad referrals that didnt know I was coming and when I began getting worse she tried to get me to self commit to a mental hospital. They refused service to me after I went to the ER because I could not pay 160. They didnt give me options, just wanted me to leave. BEST EXPERIENCE I've had at a clinic/doctor's office in WA (And I was born and raised here). From the lady at the front desk who was very welcoming and provided resources to the nurse who made me feel calm (my blood pressure reflected this) to my Doctor Garima who I am soooo excited to be cared for based on my first meeting/experience to Crystal who drew my blood for lab work. The doctors here are fine. The nurses & admission staff could use some work. What is the point of requiring a temp check at the entry when your thermometer is reading errors and you're just passing people through without any idea what their temperature is? Also, don't bother with an appointment. I waited over an hour to be seen while I literally saw everyone who came in after me leave before I did. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

You need to call center people. They are so beyond rude. Also never see Dr.Nguyen if you are a women. When I came in because I had pain in both of my wrists he brushed it off telling me I was fine and I was too young to have anything from in my wrists (I'm 22 but anyone can have problems at any age).
