⭐️ 1 star I had a very frustrating experience at Valley Kent Station Primary Care. I scheduled a routine physical exam after not seeing a doctor for about two years. I did not go in for a separate medical issue and did not ask for additional treatment. During the physical, the doctor asked me questions based on my medical history and prescribed a medication. Been a patient for 6 years, with numerous health issues, I called today to get an appointment and was told, by a very rude person, ( a serious habit lately) to be told you no longer are a patient!! No letter, no phone call. How unprofessional, to get another doctor would be 6 months out!!! I called uw on pacific highway today. Got a new dr appointment in 6 weeks. Do better you unpleasant and unprofessional human! That place doesn’t deserve my business!!! Nasty people.
