A special Hotel at Kent OH. Room width is decent, a unique location in the middle of the town and adjacent parking lot. Very welcoming staff at the Reception where you can find Sara the hotel GM assisting and helping everyone. The second time at this hotel for the second year in a row.
Angela was working the front desk when I stayed there and she was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped make recommendations for us while staying in Kent and made our stay 10x better
Angela was THE BEST! She was so kind, and helpful and helped make my 21st birthday celebration at the hotel so lovely with her help and accommodations!
We love visiting this hotel. The staff does an excellent job accommodating all of your needs and it is always very clean. Sara always goes above in beyond to make sure each stay is special!
