Worst septic inspectors ever! Instead of removing the cap my tank he used a jackhammer on my holding tank dropping debris into the tank and leaving me with a damaged tank that I now have to pay for. He didn’t even dig up the Leach field to inspect it. I called ownership to talk to them about it. Ownership was very confrontational and unhelpful. If you want an honest septic inspection I would highly consider using another contractor.

Chris, As you can see in this photo we did expose the cover, my understanding is that you were not present at the time of this inspection, that in fact my inspector had your realtor call you to explain that your cover was covered in roots, and that we would need a jackhammer to access the tank, to inspect. Once we had authorization, we did exactly that. RecommendedCalled today because we had a back up. Instead of just sending someone out on an emergency call, they told us to try something first. It worked. They asked us to call them and let them know how it went, on a Sunday! You don’t find this service like this much any more. Highly recommend this company.

Having used Kent Septic twice to image and locate sewer lines that tie to the city, they provided excellent service both times. They were on-time once and (reasonably) early the other, friendly, and despite tricky location constraints within my old house, they did the work brilliantly both times. Super happy to have had their help.
