Would have given a higher review before because the unit is fine but the keypads have been broken for over a week meaning no one can access their units, and they couldn't even be bothered to send an email telling people that. They manage to send an email every month with my bill but somehow can't inform people of this problem when it's been OVER A WEEK.
Very helpful. The man on site is great. Unit are clean and the hours are great
We have been clients of NextStor Storage for a year and prior to this for another 6 years or so and we never had an issue with access or anything else. The place is clean and well ventilated.
If you fix the broken wheel on the lower level moving cart, I'll change my 4-star review to a 5-Star review
