Dr. Roberson is my primary care physician. My last 6 years of seeing Dr. Roberson has been a great experience as he is always patient and exact in his diagnosis and treatment. I never leave with anxiety as explanations are always thorough and delivered in a caring manner. All appointments have been time well spent and I trust his judgements.
The staff won’t call you back - the nurses call you “hun” but are often rude and condescending. The nurse Dee is by far the worst. I have had emergency situations and never got a call back. I have to seek out other medical treatment because my own doctors office wouldn’t make a simple call. It’s like they don’t like being bothered. Dr. Roberson himself is awesome. But I don’t think he knows how rude, lazy, and incompetent his staff is. I’ve taken my business elsewhere and so has my family.
The best physician I ever had. Utmost professional, carrying. Saved my life. Highly respected and regarded by physicians at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
