Had a sudden foot injury. Dr. Renaud saw me the same day and provided great care. Thank you
Dr. Renaud, (pronounced Reno), was thorough and pleasant. He took time to explain all my options, answered all my questions, and showed me exercises to help relieve my foot pain. I was very pleased with Dr. Renaud and his staff. He's a 5 Star keeper!
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this podiatrist. From the start, his bedside manner was lacking and he was quite rude. I did not feel listened to at all, and my concerns about foot pain were brushed off. He did not explain any treatment options, whether surgical or non-surgical, and there was little effort to help me understand what could be done to relieve my pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would ! I accidentally broke My 5th Metatarsal & was very scared ( first broken bone ever ) & he was such a great doctor. The whole staff made Me feel so comfortable & safe before and after My surgery. I highly recommend DR Renaud & Black Hills Orthopedic. I definitely got to see first hand why they are voted #1 in the nation ! I am now up & walking & I couldn’t be more grateful ☺️
