Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this podiatrist. From the start, his bedside manner was lacking and he was quite rude. I did not feel listened to at all, and my concerns about foot pain were brushed off. He did not explain any treatment options, whether surgical or non-surgical, and there was little effort to help me understand what could be done to relieve my pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would ! I accidentally broke My 5th Metatarsal & was very scared ( first broken bone ever ) & he was such a great doctor. The whole staff made Me feel so comfortable & safe before and after My surgery. I highly recommend DR Renaud & Black Hills Orthopedic. I definitely got to see first hand why they are voted #1 in the nation ! I am now up & walking & I couldn’t be more grateful ☺️
