Such an amazing staff. So dedicated and caring
The people of Kent Regency are wonderful, from the administrator, Stella, to the CNA’s. All were kind, supportive, and helpful, especially the CNAs Jasmine, Katherine (Kat) and Eva. These three ladies were especially wonderful and so very supportive of both myself and my roommate, Sheila. The only downside to the Kent Regency was the quality of the meals which were all too often over cooked, flavorless, lukewarm and heavy on carbs.
The patient I visited was happy there. The facility was modern, clean and quiet.
