Normally at other rehab/nursing homes there is a strong over whelming smell of urine but at Kent Regency everything smells clean!! Also loved how there was hand sanitizer at every corner!

The nurses are great but food wise sorry they suck. First they forgot my dinner and gave me peanut butter and jelly sandwich while everyone else had hot food. Today plain pasta with nothing else because I told them I don't eat sauce. It's ridiculous how the food was so cold and hard pasta. They need a better chef here. Not satisfied with their food options they decide what you're going to eat Sad

I was a patient at Kent Regency from April 12 till May 2nd. The nurses and physical therapists were excellent! The nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! The therapists always made sure they stopped by my room to see how I was doing! Thanks to my stay at Kent Regency I am doing well and would recommend Kent Regency to anyone having to enter a rehab center!

I want to specifically recognize Ariana at the front desk. She always greets me with a smile when I go to visit my mom. She knows exactly who I am and took the time to answer my questions about when the doctor might arrive. Her kindness makes a stressful experience much easier to manage. She is a true asset to the unit. I also would like to mention the kindness of some of the other staff on E wing. Nikki, Taylor, and Erika take great care of her!
