This was a horrible unprofessional and un organized place.. some nurses are horrible the wsy they treat patients. They told me let your mom eat what she wants. She won't be around long anyways... didn't help her cut up her food..she wasn't able they was surpose to.. lots more. We never got a bill.. and when she passed they sent something from a collection.. the social workers had ni clue of what was going on or about my mom.. was checking in fir stuff never would answer you back.. hateful to other patients.. It's never easy to have to send a loved one to receive rehabilitation but if you're ever in that situation, I couldn't recommend anywhere more than Kent Regency! I have not yet had to question whether or not my mother is receiving the care that she should but more the staff truly cares. We've all encountered people who say things, because it's the requirement of their jobs Vs the people who say things, because they feel them in their hearts. Normally at other rehab/nursing homes there is a strong over whelming smell of urine but at Kent Regency everything smells clean!! Also loved how there was hand sanitizer at every corner!

The nurses are great but food wise sorry they suck. First they forgot my dinner and gave me peanut butter and jelly sandwich while everyone else had hot food. Today plain pasta with nothing else because I told them I don't eat sauce. It's ridiculous how the food was so cold and hard pasta. They need a better chef here. Not satisfied with their food options they decide what you're going to eat Sad
