Kent radiology has the literal worst billing practices I’ve ever dealt with. From someone who has to have yearly CT scans for cancer, it becomes rather pricey, even with health insurance. They garnished my wages for a bill I wasn’t even aware of. I just received a bill in the mail this month from a scan done LAST JULY! How is this practical? This place has the WORST billing practices I've ever run across. For over a year now they've sent a debt collection agency after me stating that I owe them money. Originally they tried to bill me twice what I was supposed to pay because they didn't run a bill through my insurance first. So I waited to get a revised bill. I paid the revised bill after checking with my health insurance. Literally the next day after paying, they sent my information to a debt collection agency. I’d check if Kent radiology is behind any of your ultrasounds. If they are-go somewhere else. This company doesnt have any values and they will rob you during medical crisis and chase you with debt collectors. They spent more on all the stamps, emails and call services than I even owed.
Billing Department is the Worst!!!
Literally called the billing number (which my company has already paid this amount they keep sending a statement for) yet it gives me options to pay and ask questions, THEN IMMEDIATELY HANGS UP. Nobody comes to the phone ever. Oh well they have the money but are trying to gouge out more from me. IDC that it's $30 and it's not going to hurt my credit. Literally y'all need to use a different billing company. Why am I calling Florida for a bill in Michigan?
