Billing scenario is Horrible! And the phone number on the website doesn't work.
Get it together!!!!! Hard to get ahold of anyone. I would like to pay my $40 but I also would like a paper bill. I don’t want to pay using some link a random text tells me to click. Ps. I left a vm last week. Still waiting for my call back.
Billing department is stuck in the 90s and is general terrible to deal with. They lack any sort of online system and refuse to work with basic modern medical systems like MyChart.

Billing is abysmal. I gave them my insurance after receiving a bill because apparently they didn't have it on file. Got another bill a month later saying my account was past due and that they would send me to collections if I didn't pay because apparently they didn't add my insurance. Called their billing line again, and gave them my insurance again. I asked the representative, "Diana" if she worked for Kent radiology, but she is from a third party company overseas and was not allowed to give me their billing company's name.... read more
