Had a horrible toothache and swelling across my face. I was seen within 3 hours of my call and I had never even been to the office before. Dr Jake was very honest in his diagnosis and worked with me to come up with the best plan of action. Not only was my experience great but the fact that the Dr. checked in with me this evening just topped off the outstanding customer service I experienced. I very highly recommend Brown Family Dentistry.
This is a very sweet, welcoming place ran by father and son Kent and Jacob Brown. The front staff are very sweet even when they don’t have to be. The dental hygienist are very professional and caring, but also provides some tough love when needed. My dentist, Jacob Brown is a good man. Very caring and attentive. Willing to work with you. Overall I’d say the place is like family. I am happy when I enter regardless of what work is about to be done to me.
I have been going to Kent for dental work for over 30 years. I had previously had bad experiences with dentists and only went because I had no choice. I had a great experience with Dr. Brown and I did not experience the pain I had with previous dentists. Now I go to the Brown Family Dentistry regularly with out stress or dreading. They really care about their patients.
Brown Family Dentistry couldn’t be friendlier! They are so compassionate. I had to find a new dentist and I couldn’t be happier with their care.
I highly recommend Brown Family Dentistry if you hate going to the dentist. Dr. Brown is really good about making sure you are comfortable and letting you know what he is doing. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
After a long road since July, I'm finally getting closer to the end, and there is light at the end of what started out a pretty dark tunnel. Dr. Jake and all the staff that have put up with me since my first visit are just incredible. I doubt if there is another dentist in town that would take the time or put in the effort that these guys have invested in me!
