This is a dealership that has true customer service. I originally spoke to Drake. He was very professional, friendly, and most important. . .honest. I felt as if he took a customer's approach which made it easy. Zane was very professional and made the whole process seamless. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. He genuinely cared about the total process. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent, transparent service from top to bottom.
I recently took my R7 in to be repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Front start to finish the whole process was smooth and stress free. Shealyn was incredibly helpful throughout everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was even able to help me get an exhaust that fit within my insurance budget, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
Great service, Cody did fantastic job checking me in. Received call that I needed new battery, they installed, even set the clock (some forget to do that). Received call it was ready while out of town. Received call from Ron as well while out of town. They kept it till Tue when we arrived and saw issue with charges, Ron was quick to check and made adjustment. GREAT SERVICE from entire team.
