I received notice that I would be getting my deposit within 30 days. After multiple phone calls they said it had been mailed 5 days after I moved out and cashed . I asked for proof that it had been cashed, but they did not follow through. You can't trust a place that is willing to steal money from you. The staff is unprofessional, inattentive and inconsiderate.

My bf and i love living at Kent Place! We only moved in a couple weeks ago but it’s been really convenient and just nice/new overall. We’ve never lived anywhere so new before so we’re still adjusting but it’s so worth it. Covered assigned parking is nice when you don’t have to clean the snow off your car and you’re protected from hail. Multiple pet stations throughout so i don’t have to look to hard for poop bags. All the amenities are fabulous and luxurious and having the Amenity Pass makes it so easy to reserve your time so you can safely social distance from others. Definitely a huge step up compared to places my bf and i used to live and our floor plan is so spacious! We love it here at KP :)

stay far away. looks great at first glance, but builders cut corners where ever they could, then the current management company just stopped trying to fix things and let it slid to save money.

Lived here for two years now and they have a real problem with their fire alarm system when the place is not burning to the ground. It’s 2:08AM here right now and the alarm has been going off since 1:04AM.

This is my second time living at Kent Place. I keep coming back because of the friendly staff and awesome maintenance team. Danni (girl with the purple hair) was very friendly and went above and beyond when I moved in. Any issues I have had were addressed and taken care of in a quick manner! Thank you Kent Place!
