State farm is a scam. I love my agent but the insurance is a scam. I got canceled due to their own unwillingness to fix the problem right the first time. Even worse now I can't get home owners insurance because they put me in a database that I'm high risk. My roof had wind damage 2 winters ago so they had the adjuster come out and tell me they would only pay to fix the shingles that were gone. So I had them replaced and the next winter guess what? I have never had someone so unwilling to help from an insurance agent other than Jaque Price. My elderly mother had to file a claim and was frustrated with the process. I took over and it literally took me threatening a lawyer for the claim to be resolved. When I told Kent if I have to get a lawyer I will, his response was okay. I even emailed him to get a copy of the final claim letter (which I know they have on email as my niece is a State Farm Agent in another state), and he said he could not find it.
