My VTX 1800C does not get ridden much, so when I took the bike in to have the annual safety inspection done the battery gave out right at the dealership after completing the inspection. Gerardo took good care of me, taking the time to diagnose the battery condition and ordering a new battery. I was given a ride home and was kept informed as the battery came in and was installed. G and Steven always take care of my Shadow and I every time we stop in! Anything the bike needs from a simple shock adjustment to a fuel tank rebuild, is always done quickly, and at a great price! No need to wait a week to get your bike in!

I took my bike down here the other day to get a few things done. The guys at the shop are great. Steven and Brett were super cool, funny and professional. I got to watch them work, these guys really know what they're doing! Best bike shop in the New Braunfels area.

Smitty stayed after close just to help unload my bike from a tow truck and make sure it got inside. When I picked it up they had cleaned the bike and treated the leather and plastic. Awesome customer service!
I brought my bike to them to get new tires put on, left my trailer so I could pick it back up the next day asked if it would be ok to leave it, I was told yes keep it between the lines and lock it, I did. The next day I went back to get my bike and the trailer was STOLEN. Video cameras are not working, and they accept no Responsibility for the loss. Even though they have no cameras and no insurance to cover the customers. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING THERE, IS WILL GET STOLEN AND UNLESS YOUR PAYING THEM THEY WONT HONOR OR RESPECT YOU... read more
