Great people, I have purchased a sprinter and 2 road warriors also looking at maybe a pull trailer again
Bought a camper from them during the pandemic. This camper had been “inspected for quality”. About a month into owning it we noticed the floor under the bed and closets were soft. Pulled up the floor to find the camper filled with mold. This is explains why we always felt allergic in it. When I brought this to their attention their response was that I needed to purchase the $2,500 warranty for them to fix it. The sales department is amazing however the rv service department and receptionist for the rv service department are the rudest people I’ve ever done business with. It’s a shame I was fooled by how great the sales team was because getting service done there is nearly impossible. I’ve been waiting over 6 months for an awning!! When I brought it in the first time to be fixed they said they replaced the arm and it was fixed but even the salesman said it wasn’t a new arm and there was still a 2 inch gap between the awning and th... read more
