I'm not sure who owns this apartment complex, but the owner definitely doesn't care. My parents have lived here for a year and it is terrible. The place is literally falling apart. The carpet is super old, the windows are not tightly fixed to the wall so water from rain comes in, there is no fan in the kitchen, the cabinets are falling apart, plumbing is plugged.
