Dr. G is amazing. Wish the staff was more friendly or helpful. Sometimes I feel we are mistreated, or mismanaged waiting on rx refils, or being hung up on after asking for assitance. Staff on the phone responds as if our request for help is a nuisance to them. Last ending to our call was "mmhm" after I said "thank you", no bye or your welcome. Just mmhmm, click.
Love Paula! Which fortunately is who we see more. Dr. Reifschneider is rude and makes my son feel ashamed and even more depressed than he already dose about having diabetes. Not once has he ever told him anything positive!! We both hate him. I wish there more options for pediatric endocrinology cause we certainly would switch.

Excellent experience! Was able to navigate all the insurance obstacles to get my daughter on growth hormone extremely quickly. Kudos to Dr. R and his team!
