They do not do good service and they scam people out of their money
Contacted Control for better price of only $950 that another company said was $1500. Control HVAC Tech Kyle came onsite and immediately told us previous company misdiagnosed problem and part needed was WRONG our unit did NOT even have the part previous company said was bad! Kyle said the reversing valve was stuck, he did not have the part but was able to fix the unit by just turning the unit from AC to Heat multiple times, Fixed the HVAC unit for only $150 that another company was going to charge $1500!
