We built our home from November 2024-May 2025, although the process began in March 2024 and fixes are still continuing into July 2026. We love how beautiful our home is, but we still have issues with our pillars on the porch and more that we've been told are not build-related, but they are. We are exhausted. My wife and I moved into our new Kent Home in March 2026. Frankly, this build was not a great experience for us in spite of significant efforts by our project manager to keep the build on track. We experienced two major (catastrophic) issues during the build of our home. In both instances, the appalling lack of ownership of the issues by Kent Homes should be a warning sign to others. Bad communication. No response after 3 phone calls
All the staff at Kent have been very helpful and a delight to work with on this project. They have been responsive and fair throughout the house building process
horrible customer service when you need warranty work done on a brand new home that was poorly constructed. I would never buy another "Kent Home" product and suggest anyone else to stay clear from buying a new home at "Kent Homes" They give you the run around for repairs and parts waiting months, I've had to make several calls and emails to get after them. Still waiting on a part for the tub which was ordered 8 months ago unable to use tub since sept 2025.
