Very professional and helpful during the home selection experience. We were thinking of Kent and another builder, but Kent has a very refined and complete process of building a house and that is what made us feel comfortable. Plus Kate was awesome to work with answering all of my questions! We are really looking forward to building our home with them
Kent provides the opportunity to customize some features of an available model home. Our sales representative Cameron is a top-notch professional whose knowledge and communication skills helped guide us through the process.
We are at the pre-selections stage, but if the rest of the transaction goes as well as the first phase, it will be 5 star across the board. I kept waiting for the experiences others describe with OTHER builders - nope, not here. Kate is super smart and in her element - building/designing/working with clients. Beautiful floor plans and exceptional customer service. We have worked with Kate Dasilva, who is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She has been attentive to our needs and accessible at all tomes. I love the quality of the construction of the homes we have viewed. 5stars and would highly recommend Kent Homes.
