Our one-year warranty experience with Kent Homes was exceptional. All of our open issues were resolved on a timely basis. Kent’s project manager, Hunter, handled the warranty review and he was extremely valuable to us throughout the process. He ensured all open items were addressed and fixed. He would often stop by the house and ensure we were satisfied with the completed work. My new build has been completely remote….I live 5 hours away & it’s been wonderful working with my construction superintendent Tyler through this whole experience. The Kent Homes organization is very customer focused. From picking the style of the house with all the design features to deciding where to build, the Kent staff makes the process fun and easy. Our Project Manager Kenny Jones is knowledgeable, efficient and dependable. We do not concern ourselves with the day to day build because we know our PM is on top of everything that is happening at the site. At this point, we couldn’t be more pleased!
