Very bad customer service. I originally hired them to install an EV charger at my new house, and the service was great. Couple of months later, I ran into an issue with the EV charger and gave them a call to get it fixed. I spoke to the owner, and I made an appointment for him to come the next day to take a look at the EV charger. I purchased my first home recently and needed some updates. My garage was unsafe and I wanted to clean up all the wires everywhere. I needed to get rid old nasty light fixtures, add switches, and add some outlets for convienience and safety. I also had some tall ceilings that needed some updated light fixtures and a fan. Lost household power in about 30% of my townhouse. A day and a half later all power restored and all plugs and switches have been replaced. Can now use washer dryer the same time. Electricians found three areas that were possible fire hazards. Professional, knowledgeable, and price was reasonable. I feel safer. Thank you Kent.
