*Newest update* After exchanging emails with this storage place, they were nice enough to give me an additional 7 days to figure everything out before they sold my belongings. I Thank them very much for that, I know they didn't have to and I am grateful they did. That's not the problem here. Before I was able to find a way to save it, I was looking at the auction photos online.... Their 10x10 unit is smaller than advertised, also lacking in vertical height. The previous managers were very polite and offered a discount for the unit. There was a change in management in Nov 2024, after which they doubled the rent w/o the required 30 day notification. Extremely rude managers, who harassed me just because I asked for a refund. Got out of there as quickly as I could.

The management team is amazing. The facility is clean and well kept. I would highly recommend
