This one star rating is for the front desk employees , I was seen by Dr.Berkey some years ago , he was attentive ordered tests and everything went fine . I recently called to be seen, the first phone call I made the lady didn’t want to schedule an appointment , I said the ER Dr asked me to follow up with a neurologist . My second phone call I asked to schedule a follow up that’s what someone said to me I should say follow up but then in the conversation I mentioned that I went to the ER and I need to be seen for cervical spr... read more
