This one star rating is for the front desk employees , I was seen by Dr.Berkey some years ago , he was attentive ordered tests and everything went fine . I recently called to be seen, the first phone call I made the lady didn’t want to schedule an appointment , I said the ER Dr asked me to follow up with a neurologist .
