I wish I could give this company 0 stars. After he missed his appointment a No call, no show. My husband canceled, however I still wanted the work done . I called him to reschedule, he was rude and hung up the phone on me. I don’t know why I called him back after his No show , very unprofessional.

Used Kent Clean to clean vinyl flooring. I did not encounter any issues like any of the other reviews. On time, Courteous, Professional.... I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

This is the third time we have used Kent Cleaning and each time it has faced a challenge because the carpets needed a lot of work. The result each time was a fresh, clean revitalized carpet. He even took on a stretch of a floor that was stained with cat urine. Like I said, tough job! I know the landlord will be pleased as he sees the property at move-out time.

Larry came and gave me a quote to clean tiles at my location. He told me the job would be a two-day process. We agreed on a price and he was awarded the contract. On the first day Larry came with a male helper. After starting he informed me, he may not get all the stains out, I asked if he could use a stronger stripper, which he did, and went over the floor once again.
