My family and I have used Drs. Kent and Christy for many years and they are amazing! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating and I give them the highest recommendation possible. I never took my son to a pediatric dentist and got him used to an adult dentist at an early age and have always been very pleased.
The front desk staff is extremely rude on the phone and in person. They refused to fix my denture that they themselves made. I missed an appointment due to the passing of a loved one and that's the reason they gave for not fixing them. Had they given me quality product, I wouldn't have even had this issue. Also, I was told they no longer except my insurance and since they weren't going to get a pocket full of money, I feel that played a part in the situation. There’s no way I’m sending my children here. They haven’t seen a dentist yet, but the receptionist told me all I need to know about this office. She was rude over the phone, disorganized, and matter of fact about the missed appointment they never reminded me about saying they have a no nonsense policy for missed appointments. Not a good sign.
