There is a leak in my bathroom from the old pipes! They are so old they rotted out and there is hot water leaking constantly causing mold growing in my tub and the maintenance men are saying they have no ideal when they will be able to fix it because he has so many order in federal way and started to list his many projects
I was like why does this keep coming up? Duh my Bible studies right down the street and I always park in front of these apartments. They look pretty nice. Looks pretty quiet pretty decent area to live at but Kent is what it is. Praying for our community.

Melissa has been incredibly kind and helpful with getting us moved in quickly! The homes are beautifully done.
We have been residents of Kent 5th Ave for 7 years. We have had our good and bad experiences like any other tenants. When Melissa and Shane came along things have gotten better for us. Everytime we have something that needs to be fixed or replaced they get right on it. Our fridge was not working one morning and we placed a work order and right that morning Shane came by and worked on it. He never gave up until he was able to get it to work.
