Melissa has been incredibly kind and helpful with getting us moved in quickly! The homes are beautifully done.
We have been residents of Kent 5th Ave for 7 years. We have had our good and bad experiences like any other tenants. When Melissa and Shane came along things have gotten better for us. Everytime we have something that needs to be fixed or replaced they get right on it. Our fridge was not working one morning and we placed a work order and right that morning Shane came by and worked on it. He never gave up until he was able to get it to work. Quiet and clean community, professional on-time maintenance, property manager Melissa is awesome! I have Lived at this property With previous management and the experience was horrific. Maintenance was not completed, units falling apart, pest, and management had shown no care. Transients on property as well. Once Olympic management took over with Melissa as Property Manager…I will not move ever again ! Melissa’s care and concern that is taken to keep property safe and clean! My girlfriend lives here and it was horrible. Now that they have new management, her place has all new stuff and no more homeless hanging around. I love visiting her house now
My sis lives here and her apartment is falling apart! It took weeks for them to fix the stove, she also has a slug and ant problem.
