Bad People I rented a unit from for a year the unit has a very bad bad roll up gate. they change some parts when I moved in and always got stuck. reported on the 1st; 2nd ; 3rd month sent email. The claim the gate was there when I rented the unit as is I should fix it. When I moved out we did the walk thru a still show the issue to them. and the new tenant though gate was hard to open but functional. later th claim they use a forklift to open it.
