Don’t do it. Run away. We lived there for 3 years. They don’t answer their phones and there is no sense of urgency for maintenance requests. The ONLY way to get ANYTHING done is to go to the office and talk to the office manager herself face to face. The parking lot is a known dumping ground for stolen vehicles. Resident vehicles are broken into so often that the police don’t even come out to take the reports anymore. My sister’s experience with the property was very good, thanks in part to the property manager Ms. Sheyla Rodriguez who has gone above and beyond on helping my sister on her new home, Ms. Rodriguez has been efficient, reliable, and understanding with my sister’s needs, and that is rare these days, but thanks to her my sister felt welcomed, safe and secure throughout the experience….thanks
I am so happy here. Its quiet and the staff in the office are always kind. Sally is the sweetest and works so hard but always makws me feel important. I had surgery and she helps me get my packages when i canr. She is a wonderful manager. Maintenace is rather quick too. I am hoping to stay hwre for a long time
