This practice employs skilled and enthusiastic young medical professionals who are eager to help. Not the ageing "set in their ways" GPs who seem to have lost their desire to be there.
Highly recommend kensington medical centre, very professional and caring. They have always gone above and beyond when seeing me and my family. I have had anxiety and panic within some appointments iv attended with kensington medical and the staff have helped me every step throughout.
I had also awful experience with the practice manager Karen, same as Ashlee. She (Karen) Spock with me with arrogant and rudely manner in front of other patients and treat me with out respect and lot's of time i been trying to see doctor, i been have same, bad treatment from Karen, so i lots of time not attend ore cancel doctor 's appointment,s because of Karen. Whilst the doctors are great, the front of desk staff can bit a hit or a miss. Super super rude and unfriendly over the phone and when serving. I’d like to see new staff put on to freshen up the environment.
