affordable apts Lots of my friends live there. Although it is not close to south campus or north campus of State University of New York at Buffalo, the price is much cheaper than apartments near both campus. Different price package available, most utilities included in rental or not.

I moved here because it was moderately cheap and near my college. This was a poor decision.
