My closing experience with Kensington Vanguard was not good. Very poor communication and they would not return phone calls to answer pertinent questions. I had to call my agent just to get the closing date. The worst part was they mangled sending me the settlement proceeds after closing. It was supposed to mailed to me overnight, almost 2 weeks later I had not received it and called them to ask where is my settlement check?
