Since Barry has taken over as the new property manager, my experience with moving in and renting has been extremely pleasant. He’s been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. While there are a few issues that still need to be addressed in some of the townhomes, it’s clear these problems existed before Barry arrived. New property manager gets things done and puts the people first!
When I first moved here I was highly disappointed the old property manager definitely didn’t have anything ready in the townhome I was moving into I felt like I got catfished and did not want to stay here but the new property manager has came Barry and he is on top of everything. Fixing the townhomes up to look better and any maintenance request he is getting maintenance to resolve in a timely matter.
