I have been a resident for a little over 2 years. This is the best place I could live as a senior! It is affordable, friendly and in a very beautiful old historic building in downtown Winona. Currently, we have a new owner of over 1 year ago, Kurt. In the short time he has been here, he has made an amazing and wonderful change to the entire building from inside to out. I lived at Kensington, and loved it! The management team was always nice& informative, it is just remodel Beautiful nice ,clean well maintained , large spacious apartments and if any Maintenance needed, Kurt was there fixing it with in minutes, no joke!! He has remodel and takes good care of the building. Richard also manages other things ,I'm telling you they keep the Kensington up to High standard!!
