I rented here for 4 and a half years and it was a nightmare. Countless maintenance issues, no pool in the summer, skyrocketing rent prices, and ambivalent management. We left when we got bedbugs. Too many issues to fix if I'm honest
IF you are moving here , then good luck with your A/C System. Its Super Hot inside During Summer, even though you turn ON your A/C. I Set it to 70'F, and its still 89'F.
I Painted a lot of these apartments an steal have not been payed.
So this apartment community reported me to collections I am assuming for carpet repairs or what not for $300. I was never once contacted by them and now it affected my credit report. This place is a joke and always have been, I don’t even know what I am actually paying the debt agency for. I never saw the report from the community. I just so happened to look at my credit report and it was on there. Do not move here and do yourself a favor!
I love living here! The management is great. Any time we've needed maintenance done they send someone the very same day. It's a very family and pet friendly place. Friendly neighbors and clean neighborhood. We love it here, keep it up
