Me and my family moved to Vancouver Washington almost 10yrs ago and rented from Kensington properties!! and I'm still in his property. Joe F. is a very good landlord, answers my calls, fixes things right away. Never had any issues! Respectful, nice, funny. I'm wanting to move into a bigger home just waiting for one to come available to stay with this company until I buy a home. I recommend him.

I worked with Joe earlier this year when my other landlord decided to sell the home I was in. I found a home that Joe had listed on Zillow and called him. He returned all of my calls and emails and had me approved for a home for my children and I within a couple of days. He is a great landlord, has anything I need fixed done immediately. Would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a home!
In 2015 we were in a tough situation needing to sell our house and purchase another within 30 days. Joe Fernald with Kensington Realty was recommended and he didn't disappoint! Joe came through and offered helpful suggestions, was really easy to work with, and very professional. It was a very stressful time for us but it all worked out and Joe made the process so much easier... Highly recommend Joe!
It has been a real pleasure to work with Joe the last few years. I started renting from Joe roughly 4 years ago after being referred to him by a family friend. I have only had a couple of minor issues in the house and each time KPM was quick to react and solve the problem.
