The neighborhood is lovely and the residents are relaxed young professionals who care about the community, the arts, and enjoying life. The management Dave and Janna work pretty hard to help the residents enjoy life. The maintenance staff fixes things very quickly and efficiently. The ceilings are a bit thin, and you can near noises upstairs, but it's still a nice place to live.
