Upstairs noise and poor management The apartment floors are made of relatively poor quality wood, so upstairs noise is easily disturbing residents living in units below. We live on 2nd floor, and we have a rude upstairs neighbor on the 3rd floor, who likes to walk heavily within the unit creating a lot of noises.
