Upstairs noise and poor management The apartment floors are made of relatively poor quality wood, so upstairs noise is easily disturbing residents living in units below. We live on 2nd floor, and we have a rude upstairs neighbor on the 3rd floor, who likes to walk heavily within the unit creating a lot of noises. Noisy You hear bang bang bang bang from the ceiling all the time, and knows exactly where your upstairs neighbors are in their room.
Horrible!! They never do proper repairs had a ceiling leak the whole time I was there!! I guess they thought I wanted a skylight!! Jim the maintenance man actually nailed a piece of wood to my ceiling to stop the leak??? Tells you what he knows about repairs. The receptionist is the rudest nastiest who talks down to people because you can’t go to office there is no office!!! So she feels she can treat people how ever she wants!!
do not move here Leaks and MOLD all over building. Electrical issues. BUGS!! Management is very rude!!! They will constantly harass you about rent but will take their time alerting maintenance about issues that need to be fixed ASAP
Worst living situation of my Life!!!!!!!Please DO NOT MOVE HERE Please heed the warnings within these reviews!!! When you call for maintenance, receptionist EXTREMELY RUDE!! Leaks all over the building - they're constantly shutting the water off all day due the same leaks within the building. The carpets look like they're from the 70's and the hallways smell like death. DO NOT MOVE HERE This place is terrible!!!!!!!! I moved here thinking the reviews were wrong, seemed like a nice place...NOPE!! Bugs are everywhere and management does nothing about it!!!!! Carpets and hallways are disgusting. The building looks like it’s falling apart outside. Don’t even consider it!!!! Do not waste your money!
glad im leaving, AVOID! if it were CHEAPER id give it better stars but it does NOT cost what rent asks. VERY expensive and now they went up in price. maintence is horrible, 1 guy for 3 buildings and he looks like hes on something and always with an attitude. the entire place needs to be torn down and rebuilt backp up. management there sucks and is RUDE. the owners obviously dont care about the place.
Lakes Apartments The Lakes apartment is below pa community apartment though price is always higher side when compared any other community on 148th Ave, Bellevue. Recently, three burglary (door break-ins) happened in a span of 15 days. The management has not installed security cameras, patrolling the community is not in place. Pros: 1. Great Management, Beautiful Apartment I moved into Emerson Apartments a few weeks ago. I have to admit I was a little hesitant to move here after reading the reviews. I loved the apartment at first sight, it's spacious and airy. It is a quiet neighborhood and I really liked that a lot... I decided to take the chance and am so glad that I made that decision.
