I wanted to wait one month before writing a review,... I have been so happy in my new unit. Erika Arnez the leasing consultant at KensingtonPlace has been so amazing, attentive, and made the overall moving experience so smoothly. Never have any noise complaints which has been a big plus, I love how most of my neighbors have doggies – super animal friendly. Been here for almost a year with small couple of issues which were fixed immediately. Friendly neighbors, no noise complaints from me at all. This is the most peaceful apartment i have ever lived in. I would have extended my lease but the rents are a little too high for the area. Edit 1 month after moving out, they still haven’t paid my deposit back. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with breaking my lease. Despite having broken my lease, I am still being held responsible for the rent for another two months. What’s even more frustrating is that your office has now reached out, asking for the keys to rent the unit to another resident while I continue to pay for the apartment during this time. Horrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I regret ever renting from this place. I tried to break my lease, but they’ve been completely uncooperative and have delayed the process at every turn. Now, I’m stuck paying rent for a property I’m not even living in.
