This is a really nice apartment complex. I have enjoyed the two years that I lived here. They are very attentive, respectful and clean. Any issues I may have had with my unit as soon as I brought it to their attention, they will take care of it. The maintenance team is amazing. I have no complaints. It’s really quiet you would rarely hear children run up and down the hallway, which for me is not a bother because it’s so rare. Erica is one of the main people I have worked with if I had any issues. She is very kind.
I appreciate Alfredo for contacting me expeditiously concerning carpet cleaning. He let me know service was scheduled already for Friday ( that was quick). He is always polite and professional. I decided though to wait for another time to have my carpet cleaned.
