Me and my sister had a great leasing agent name Shamika who was very helpful with making the process easier. Overall, the apartment is in good condition and has a comfortable layout. Maintenance requests are generally handled in a reasonable amount of time. I feel safe living here, and the property is well lit.
Service was fast and complete.
The Kensington Place is a very nice apartment complex with very friendly staff. I would recommend renting this complex as a good place to call home as it has a sense of coziness.
